Landlord Fees and Charges

The following fees apply to landlord services provided by Bumblebee Property Management. All fees shown are inclusive of VAT.

Property Management Pricing

• LET ONLY SERVICE: 9.6% of the monthly rent collected (inclusive of VAT).
• LET & FULLY MANAGED SERVICE: 12% of the monthly rent collected (inclusive of VAT)
• LEASE SERVICE: No charge.

Additional Services

Deposit Registration and Protection: No charge.

Additional Property Inspection: £50.00 per inspection (inclusive of VAT).

Inventory Services: Available upon request. Fees will be confirmed in writing prior to instruction.

Regulatory Information

Bumblebee Property Management is a member of The Property Ombudsman (TPO) redress scheme and holds Client Money Protection (CMP).

Copies of our Complaints Procedure and Client Money Protection Certificate are available on request and via our website.

Important Notice

All fees are stated inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate. Any additional services not listed above will be agreed in writing before charges are incurred. Fees may be amended from time to time, and the latest version will be published on our website.
